About Ghassan

Built from both sides of the ecosystem.

I’ve spent more than two decades helping technology businesses grow through partners. The work has taken me from regional markets to global leadership—and from the technology company’s side of the table to the partner’s. That perspective shapes how I connect alliances, marketing, enablement, and field execution today.

The journey

Enterprise scale.
Builder’s instinct.

My early work with Extreme Networks, 3Com, and Trend Micro taught me that partner strategy only matters when people in the market can put it to work. After living and working in Dubai for nearly two decades, I learned to adapt the same ambition to very different customers, markets, and teams.

At Cisco and AppDynamics, I worked across regional and global leadership roles, including global partner marketing. OpenText brought a channel leadership lens: how to connect partner priorities with commercial outcomes. At Databricks, I focused on global partner marketing within a fast-moving data and AI ecosystem.

Leading alliances, marketing, and enablement at Koantek put me on the partner side of that ecosystem. I saw firsthand what it takes to turn platform priorities into a position customers understand, a motion sellers will use, and a practice teams can deliver. That experience reinforced a simple belief: growth happens when strategy, story, and capability move together.

How I work

Make the strategy usable.

01

Start with relevance

Understand the customer problem, where the partner adds value, and why the relationship should matter now.

02

Connect the teams

Bring alliances, marketing, and sales around one value proposition, clear priorities and a practical way to execute.

03

Build what lasts

Give sellers and delivery teams the confidence, tools, and operating rhythm to make progress repeatable.

A little more personally

Lebanese roots, two decades in Dubai, and now based in Southern California. Working across cultures has shaped the way I listen, build trust, and find common ground. Some of the best conversations start over coffee.

Let’s make the next chapter count.

If you’re building an ecosystem, sharpening a market position, or scaling a partner practice, I’d welcome the conversation.
